For 2025 we will have a total of 16 teams participating in the tournament, 12 overseas teams and 4 Spanish teams

Our Tournament Package includes: 3/4 night B&B, 4 star hotel accommodation on the beach, airport transfers, transport to and from Marbella Rugby Club and entry into the Festival with food and drink – to enter the tournament you must book the Tournament Package through Rugby Tour Spain. Each club will need to register its players and it’s non players with us with no exceptions.
On the week of the tournament we suggest that the teams participating fly into Malaga Airport on either Thursday 1st May or Friday 2nd May, the Tournament will be now played on Saturday 3rd with an option of playing some invitation matches on Sunday 4th May and flying back from Malaga Airport on Monday 5th. There will be a party atmosphere throughout the tournament, with live music, BBQ’s and fancy dress fun.
Tournament Specification – 35 years plus – Games 10 minutes each way – 15 a side (with as many rolling subs as registered) – 1 day Tournament at Marbella Rugby Club with the option of matches on day 2 – Contact Rugby
Tournament Package:
Prices: Staying in a 4 Star Hotel in San Pedro, Marbella including breakfast.
40 Tourists 3 nights = 375 euros per person
30 Tourists 3 nights = 395 euros per person
20 Tourists 3 nights = 435 euros per person
40 Tourists 4 nights = 465 euros per person
30 Tourists 4 nights = 475 euros per person
20 Tourists 4 nights = 510 euros per person
Prices are held for 30 days and can fluctuate depending on the number of tourists that travel and the number of nights of your stay
We do not book your flights, we leave this upto each team that is coming to the Festival, included in the price is everything Spanish side.

It is important that you confirm your tournament entry with us as soon as possible and pay your initial deposit to secure your place in the tournament and to lock in your hotel rooms as the price fluctuates throughout the season and the hotels room sell out quickly in May.

We will require you to complete our Tour Booking Form on our website to confirm your tour booking with us.
Payments:
We require a 30% deposit on booking with us
Final payment 2 months prior to travel
You will also be required to lodge a 600 euros hotel breakages deposit by credit card prior to your tour.
This will be refunded within 3 days of checking out of the hotel and all rooms are in order.
